To register in person:
At a local registration drive or at your county Board of Elections, fill out the form pictured below. You will need a valid government-issued ID. That can be a driver’s license or a state identification card. If you don’t have either of those or don’t have them with you, you can use the last four digits of your Social Security number.
A local registration drive or the Board of Elections will mail the form for you.
